Delivery In Australia
All orders are shipped using the Shippit smart delivery service. Orders will be despatched the next working day. Please take care to ensure your full address is listed to avoid any delays.
Standard Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via courier service (Couriers Please or Fastway) and therefore are unable to be delivered to Australia Post parcel lockers or P.O. boxes.
Once despatched, we estimate delivery times of:
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days
Adelaide: 2-4 business days
Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days
Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery.
If you are not home for delivery you will be left a ‘sorry we missed you’ card to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or, in some instances your parcel may be taken to your local newsagency where your parcel will be stored safely and released upon I.D. being shown.

Zeroda holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.
International Shipping
Zeroda is currently only available for shipping in Australia.
What is the Shippit Smart Delivery Service?
We care about customer service, that’s why we have chosen Shippit to delivery your purchase. Shippit will notify you of progress made throughout your delivery so you know when to expect it. You can contact Shippit directly for any questions relating to the whereabouts of your purchase or if you need to update your shipping address or special instructions (eg. you won’t be home to receive your item) once its left our distribution centre.
